Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. good stew meat
    1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix
    1/4 c. cooking sherry
    1/4 c. water
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can mushrooms
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in covered casserole. Bake 2 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0. Good over rice or noodles.
