Traditional Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 1/2 pt. sour cream
    6 eggs
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Let cream cheese, sour cream and eggs stand at room temperature.
    Blend all ingredients together for at least 15 minutes until mixture is smooth.
    Pour into 9-inch greased spring-form pan.
    Place pan in larger square pan which is half filled with hot water.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for at least 1 hour until top is golden.
    Remove from oven and let cool 1 to 2 hours. Refrigerate overnight.
