Creamy Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    instant potato mix
    4 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    butter
Preparation
    Prepare
    instant
    potatoes
    for
    6 according to package directions, except omit butter.
    Add Philadelphia cream cheese and beat
    well.
    Stir
    in
    the beaten egg, onion and parsley. Transfer
    to
    a
    greased baking dish.
    Dot top with butter and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
