Banana Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. mashed bananas
1 egg, well beaten
2 tsp. molasses
2 tsp. corn oil
1 c. wheat bran
1 c. oat bran
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. white flour
1/2 c. wheat flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Beat buttermilk, bananas, egg, molasses and oil.
Mix in brans and let stand 20 minutes.
Thoroughly mix remaining ingredients, then stir into bran mixture.
Fill sprayed muffins cups.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Contains 105 calories each.
