Tuna And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can white tuna
2 c. uncooked rice (cook according to directions)
1 can cream of celery or chicken mushroom
1 can mushrooms
1 small can sliced, ripe olives
1/2 to 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (according to your taste)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except cheese in 9 x 11-inch casserole dish.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted (about 20 to 25 minutes).
