Hawaiian Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. apple pie spice
    1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped nuts
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. mashed ripe bananas
    8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Stir in nuts; set aside.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
    Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 5 minutes.
    (I usually bake it 55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when tested in center of loaf.)
