Chicken Victoria - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. boneless chicken pieces, skinned
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 (12 oz.) La Victoria salsa Victoria*
1/3 c. water
1 (17 oz.) can Niblets corn, drained
1 green, red or yellow bell pepper, chopped
fresh cilantro (optional garnish)
Preparation

Brown chicken pieces in hot oil for 5 minutes; drain off fat. Add desired La Victoria salsa and water.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Uncover; add corn and bell pepper (add more water if necessary).
Cover and cook 10 minutes more.
Makes 4 servings.
