Green Bean And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

1 Tbsp. melted butter
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. grated onion
1/2 c. sour cream
2 (1 lb.) cans green beans
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. crushed corn flakes
1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

In a saucepan, blend first tablespoon melted butter, flour, sugar, salt and pepper.
Cook, stirring until bubbly.
Blend in the milk and remove from heat.
Stir in the grated onion and sour cream; mix well.
Butter a 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Add mixed drained green beans, sauce and Swiss cheese.
Over top, spread the blended corn flakes and second tablespoon melted butter.
Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
