Cream Cheese Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks butter, softened
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    3 c. plain flour, sifted
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together butter, cream cheese and sugar.
    Beat until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Add flour, salt and vanilla.
    Pour into a 10-inch tube pan (greased and floured).
    Put in a cold oven.
    Bake from 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Can also bake in 2 loaf pans.
