Sara'S Whipping Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Sift together cream and sugar in a medium mixing bowl until sugar is dissolved. Add eggs, one at a time, stirring well after addition to break up eggs. Stir in flour and almond extract. Mix well. Pour batter into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until cake tests done. Let cool. Remove from pan. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
