Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef (lean)
    1 lb. ground pork (lean)
    1 lb. ground veal
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 cloves chopped garlic
    1 tsp. chopped dill weed
    2 beaten eggs
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together well.
    Roll in
    1-inch balls. Saute in margarine or butter. Finish cooking by adding a can of beef broth.
    Cover and cook until done, about 20 minutes.
