Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon (2 c.)
    2/3 c. milk
    2 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. pickle relish
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 slightly beaten egg
Preparation
    Drain salmon and add to milk; flake pieces of salmon.
    Combine all ingredients and put in 8 x 11 x 3-inch greased pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve with your favorite sauce.
