Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    1 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Combine sugar, pumpkin, oil and eggs. Beat 1 minute. Combine dry ingredients except for coconut and nuts. Add to sugar mix in 3rds, mixing well. Stir in coconut and nuts. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven in 3 floured 8-inch pans (square or round) or in large tube or Bundt pan. Eight-inch takes 25 to 30 minutes. Takes a little longer for tube or Bundt. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting. Cool 10 minutes in pan and then cool completely before icing.
