Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1/2 pt. whipping cream
6 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
1 c. Crisco
3 c. Swans Down cake flour, sifted 3 times
1 tsp. almond flavoring
Preparation

Mix together sugar, Crisco and whipping cream.
Add flour and eggs one at a time.
Add flavorings and mix well.
Bake 2 hours at 275\u00b0.
Begin cooking cake in a cold oven.
