Six Week Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. Raisin Bran cereal
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. salt
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. regular shortening or unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs
Preparation
-
In large bowl, mix cereal, flour, sugar, soda and salt.
Beat in the buttermilk, shortening and eggs until just mixed.
Pour in storage container.
Cover and refrigerate several hours or up to 6 weeks.
