Cheesy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    3/4 c. corn flake crumbs
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. minced chives
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 broiler-fryer chicken (3 lb.), cut up
Preparation
    Place margarine in an 8-inch microwave baking dish. Cook on roast for 1 1/2 minutes or until melted. Combine corn flake crumbs, cheese, chives and parsley in shallow pan.
    Dip pieces of chicken in butter and roll in crumb mixture.
    Place chicken in microwave, baking skin side up with thickest pieces of chicken toward outside of dish.
    Cover with waxed paper and cook on High 15 to 17 minutes or until tender.
    Let stand, covered, about 5 minutes before serving.
