Larry'S Pan-Fried Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large yellow squash (sliced)
    1 large zucchini squash (sliced)
    3 medium potatoes (peeled)
    1/2 medium onion (sliced)
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Slice all squash, peel potatoes and onion.
    Mix thoroughly in a bowl and cover with water.
    In a Ziploc bag combine cornmeal and flour.
    Add one handful of vegetable mixture to Ziploc bag at a time.
    Shake to coat.
    Pan fry until golden brown and potatoes are cooked.
