Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. grated zucchini (unpeeled), slice in half and spoon out seeds
    2 c. flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. soda
    1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar, oil and zucchini.
    Add dry ingredients. Mix well.
    Add vanilla and nuts.
    Pour in 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let stand 5 minutes and wrap in foil.
