Broccoli Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen broccoli or 1 head fresh
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 chopped onion
    1 minced clove garlic
    1 c. herb stuffing mix
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and drain.
    Mix the next 5 ingredients together and pour over broccoli in a 2-quart buttered casserole dish. Combine stuffing mix with 1/3 cup hot water and 3 tablespoons margarine.
    Spoon stuffing mixture over broccoli and top with Parmesan cheese.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake 20 minutes in oven at 375\u00b0.
