Serbian Eggs(Serves 8 To 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 7 eggs
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1 (16 oz.) small curd cottage cheese
    1 c. Bisquick
    1 c. milk
    1 c. melted margarine
    1 tsp. dried onions
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs lightly.
    Mix all ingredients; refrigerate overnight in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serve mild taco sauce if desired.
