Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Add sugar; add milk and beat well. Add butter, vanilla, nutmeg and salt.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake 30 minutes exactly at 400\u00b0.
    If filling is still soft in middle, it will get firm after removing from oven.
    If oven temperature is correct, this recipe always bakes perfectly.
