Tomato Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. rice
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    2 c. tomatoes (canned)
    2 Tbsp. butter
    12 green olives, sliced
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in double boiler; cover and cook for 2 hours.
    Do not stir.
    Makes 4 servings.
