Pork Tenderloin With Peppercorns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
2 tsp. peppercorns
2 pork tenderloins (5 oz. each)
2 more Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. flour
salt and pepper
1/3 c. milk
1 Tbsp. horseradish
mustard
Preparation
-
Melt
2
tablespoons margarine in a 10-inch Dutch oven. Press peppercorns
into
both
sides
of meat.
Add steaks to Dutch oven and
cook\tfor
5 minutes on each side.
While the steaks\tare cooking
prepare
sauce
as
follows:
In a small saucepan\tmelt 2
tablespoons margarine.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper.\tAdd milk.
Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Cook and stir for 2 more
minutes.
Stir
in
horseradish and mustard.\tPut steaks on plates and pour sauce over them.
