Oven Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. rice
    salt to taste
    1 fryer, cut up
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 soup cans water
Preparation
    Melt margarine in baking dish.
    Cool slightly.
    Pour rice (uncooked) over margarine.
    Arrange salted pieces of chicken over rice.
    Sprinkle with onion mix.
    Combine mushroom soup with water; pour over chicken.
    Cover tightly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
    Uncover last 15 minutes so chicken can brown.
