Refrigerator Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage
    1 large onion
    1 large sweet pepper
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. corn oil
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Boil mixture; cool.
    Pour over cabbage, onions and sweet pepper.
    Let stand.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Keeps for weeks.
