Hummingbird Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. chopped nuts
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. chopped bananas
Preparation
-
Sift all dry ingredients (including spices) together.
Add remaining ingredients; do not beat.
Mix well.
Bake in a tube or Bundt pan or regular loaf pans.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
