Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ham
    1 lb. pork
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. pineapple juice
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 can crushed cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Grind ham and pork together.
    Mix all ingredients together. Spread 1 cup brown sugar in bottom of pan.
    Place loaf in pan. Combine 1 tablespoon vinegar and 1 cup crushed pineapple; pour over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Let cool and invert on a plate.
