Baked Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chickens, cut up (2 1/2 to 3 lb. each)
    4 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1 1/2 c. butter
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Wash chicken and pat dry.
    Grate bread crumbs.
    Add cheese, salt and parsley to crumbs.
    Mix well.
    Spread mix in a shallow pan.
