Hamburger Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
2 c. potatoes, cubed
3 medium carrots
2 Tbsp. parsley
3/4 c. celery
1 tsp. sugar
2 c. canned tomatoes
2 medium onions
2 Tbsp. green pepper
1 large bay leaf
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 qt. water
3 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raw rice
pepper
Preparation
-
Put everything in a big pot.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer for a couple of hours.
Add more water as needed.
