Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked white rice
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 beaten egg
Preparation
    Heat oil.
    Add rice, onions, mushrooms and soy sauce.
    Cook on low for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add bacon and egg. Cook 5 minutes.
    Serve immediately.
