Pork Chops Nicoise(Serves 6) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
1 Tbsp. olive oil
4 chopped tomatoes
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 chopped green bell pepper
1 tsp. basil
1/2 c. black olives
1/4 c. red wine
Preparation

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and fry pork chops until lightly browned.
Add the tomatoes, garlic, pepper, basil and wine.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, turning chops once.
Add olives and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
Serve with rice.
