Vegetable-Beef Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. lean ground beef
    2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. thinly sliced carrots
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. thinly sliced zucchini
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    8 oz. spaghetti
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, cook beef, mushrooms, onion, bell pepper, carrots and garlic until meat is brown and vegetables are tender. Drain off fat.
    Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, zucchini, basil and oregano.
    Bring to boiling; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
