Creamed Hamburger On Toast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground round
1/4 c. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
4 slices bread, toasted
Preparation

Brown beef; add salt, pepper and flour.
Mix well and add milk.
Cook until thickened.
If too thick, add more milk.
I use powdered milk and water.
This makes dish lower in calories. Serve over toast.
