Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes Uncle Ben's wild and combination rice
4 whole pieces celery, chopped
2 large onions, chopped
2 sticks butter
2 1/2 cans mushroom soup
2 large cans mushrooms, drained
1 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Cook rice as directed and set aside. Cook celery and onions in butter.
Mix soup, mushrooms and cheese together.
Cook until cheese melts. Combine all ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
