Easy Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. half and half milk/cream
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    8 slices crispy cooked bacon, crumbled
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
Preparation
    Toss cheese with flour.
    Add half and half, eggs, bacon and seasonings.
    Mix well.
    Pour into shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
