Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. pork steak
    salt to taste
    2 c. chopped onion
    3 c. chopped celery
    water to cover
    3 cans bean sprouts
    2 cans mushrooms
    soy sauce to taste
    Kitchen Bouquet to color
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cut meat in small pieces; brown.
    Season with salt.
    Add celery and onion.
    Add enough water to cover.
    Cook until meat is tender.
    Add mushrooms and bean sprouts.
    Cook 1/2 hour.
    Add soy sauce and Kitchen Bouquet to color.
    Add enough cornstarch to thicken.
    Add about 1 tablespoon of sugar.
