Frozen Sour Cream Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. dairy sour cream
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    1/4 to 1/2 c. cherries, pitted and chopped
    1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
    1 large banana, diced
    3/4 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Mix together sour cream, lemon juice, sugar and salt.
    Add cherries, nuts, banana and drained pineapple.
    Pour into 24 cupcake paper liners that have been placed in muffin tins. Freeze.
