No-Bake Blueberry Cheese-Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3/4 c. cold water
    3 c. fresh blueberries
    8 oz. cream cheese
    3 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Mix sugar and cornstarch in saucepan.
    Stir in water until blended.
    Add 1 cup of the blueberries; stir over medium heat until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
    Reduce heat; simmer for 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until berries release their juices.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in remaining berries.
    Cool to room temperature.
    Beat the cream cheese, confectioners sugar and vanilla in a bowl until blended.
    Spread over bottom of pie crust. Cover with berry mixture.
    Refrigerate 2 hours or until chilled.
