Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
1 c. sour cream
4 carrots, grated fine
2 c. boiling water
1 (14 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
Add undrained pineapple and carrots.
Fold in sour cream.
Pour into pan and refrigerate.
