Christmas Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. raw broccoli
    3 c. raw cauliflower
    1 c. sliced pimento stuffed green olives
    3 green onions
    1 c. mayonnaise (lite)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Clean broccoli and cut into bite size pieces.
    (Best if you peel outside layer from broccoli stem).
    Cut cauliflower into bite size pieces.
    Slice green onions and green olives.
    Place in bowl with broccoli and cauliflower.
    Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and milk together.
    Toss vegetables with dressing just before serving. Serves 6.
