Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (27 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
    1 green pepper, halved and seeded
    1 medium size onion, chopped
    1/3 c. celery, chopped
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. water
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Rinse sauerkraut with cold water; drain well.
    Combine sauerkraut with pepper, onion, celery and celery seed in a medium size bowl.
    Combine oil, water, vinegar and sugar in a small bowl. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
    Pour over sauerkraut mixture. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
