Night Before Coffeecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. nuts and raisins
2 c. buttermilk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients; set aside.
Cream together in large bowl the margarine, sugar, eggs and brown sugar.
Add dry ingredients to creamed, alternating with buttermilk.
Beat until smooth.
Add nuts and raisins.
Pour into well-greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish and sprinkle batter with following combined ingredients:
1/2 cup nuts, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
Cover tightly; refrigerate overnight and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
