Honolulu Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 strips bacon
    1/2 lb. ground beef (if not using shrimp, use 1 lb.)
    1 c. finely chopped onions
    3 c. cooked rice
    2 c. cleaned and cooked shrimp or canned shrimp
    1/3 c. minced celery leaves
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp; remove bacon from skillet. Add ground beef and onion, cook, stirring until onion is tender. Stir remaining ingredients and heat through.
