Diabetic Baked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 leg quarters or 4 breasts, skinned
3 medium potatoes, cut 1/2 to 1/4-inches
1 small onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
garlic salt
1/2 pkg. saltine crackers or salt free
water
Preparation

Put in large glass pan in oven; cook until tender.
Turn as needed at least once during cooking.
Put cracker crumbs on chicken and add enough water to cover chicken, it makes its own gravy.
Put back in oven until done.
Cook on 425\u00b0.
