Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 c. water
    1 cube chicken bouillon
    2 tsp. ginger
    juice from pineapple can
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. chicken, cut into slices or strips
    1 green pepper, cut up into strips
    1 onion, sliced
    2 to 3 stalks celery, cut up (optional)
    1/2 to 1 c. carrots, cut up (optional)
Preparation
    Combine cornstarch, soy sauce and vinegar into paste.
    Boil water and add bouillon, ginger, pineapple juice and brown sugar and stir until bouillon and sugar are dissolved.
    Add cornstarch paste and boil until mixture is clear and thickens (stir to prevent sticking).
