Ingredients

1 roll Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
1 large can sliced pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. water
2 cans mandarin oranges
2 sliced bananas
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 pt. sliced strawberries
16 oz. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
Preparation

Spread cookie dough over a cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes, or until light brown.
Cool completely.
Drain juice from pineapple; add 1/2 cup sugar for glaze.
Add cornstarch; mix with water.
Bring to a boil until thick; cool completely.
Cut across pineapple slices into 6 to 8 pieces.
Drain mandarin oranges. Slice bananas.
Pour 2 tablespoons lemon juice over and coat each slice.
