Sauce For Chicken Or Veal Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 jar apricot preserves
1 clove garlic
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. water

Preparation

Saute garlic.
Add preserves, soy sauce and water and cook until combined and hot.
Serve over cutlets.
