Chinese Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. corn oil
2 to 3 lb. cabbage, shredded
1 carrot, shredded
2 to 3 green onions, chopped
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/3 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Stir-fry cabbage in oil and salt.
Add carrot and onions.
Add broth.
Cook, tossing a minute or so.
Stir in soy sauce.
Serves 4 to 6.
