Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. oil
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots (grate carrots and set aside)
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Sift sugar, flour and cinnamon together.
Add oil and eggs.
Mix well.
Add carrots.
Mix well. Fold in pecans.
Bake approximately 45 minutes until you can insert a toothpick, and it comes out clean.
Bake in two 9-inch pans or three 8-inch pans or one 13-inch oblong pan.
