Salmon Patties 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tall can pink salmon, remove bones
    3/4 c. creamed potatoes
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. corn meal
    1 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1/2 tsp. brown sugar
    shortening or oil for frying
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (except oil) thoroughly.
    Heat shortening or oil until hot.
    Add mixture to hot oil.
    Cook until brown on each side.
    Should yield 12 to 15 patties.
